Lucky Puppy Notes

This is such a cute children's book about a dog named Harry and how he gets dirty and then cleaned by his owners who didn't know who he was. The author of the book is by, Gene Zion. I love the cute illustrations of the book by Margaret Bloy Graham. It's so colorful and you can tell that Harry, the dog, is a fun loving curious dog. This book is a board book, that is short and easy to read to kids. My little owner loves this book. She reads it every night before she goes to bed.  You can purchase the book at on Amazon . 

I like yummy treats! Mama is going to start making homemade treats for me. Treats is going to consist of doggie recipes for homemade treats and dog food. Maybe I will bulk up some for the winter months. I'm looking forward to being mommy's taste tester. I'm sure whatever she makes will be delicious! yummy yummy...I can't wait~!

Mama took me to PetSmart for their Halloween Spooktackular Event on October 28, 2017. I got to take a photo op with, Chance, the dog with my pumpkin costume. I've never been to this event before but I'm glad I was able to attend and see many other fur friends at this event. After we took our photo. We did a little bit of shopping and picked up a couple of Halloween toys that were on clearance. During the event, they were giving out away coupons that had a buy one get one for 50% off. We got these two toys for $2.88. What a steal!

This morning, I smelled something on the floor that made me toss and turn all over the carpet. 

Who cut's my hair?? My mama and my paw-uncle, Vincent. Ever since I was little mama started practicing hair cutting on me. I have gone to PetSmart to get groomed but each time is about $52. Mama thought it would be good to try to do it herself and save some money on my grooming needs. She even gives me a bath, brushes my teeth and trims my nails, all at the same time. She's does EVERYTHING! She's like my super mom. Mama normally trims me up with scissors and paw-uncle goes back and use the clippers to get it short and even. When she cuts my hair, she is pretty gentle and I'm calm during the whole process. That makes me a good dog but sometimes I like to fluff and get hair everywhere, which she doesn't like. I'm supposed to have super long hair but I get pretty nappy under my legs, that she keeps it nice a short. I get a haircut about every 3 months, when it becomes un-ruly.
