My little brother!

I have a little brother now! His name is Stitch, named after Lilo & Stitch the movie. Mama's favorite character, he's so cute and FLUFFY!! He is also a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He was born February 23, 2018.

Mama and Dada adopted him on April 20th, the day when a lot of changes were happening at once. I was a little hesitant about the surprise little brother but happy at the same time to have someone to play with. He is a little aggressive with his playing when it comes to playing with me but a good puppy to have around to keep me on my toes.

He is a big eater and is still learning how to use the bathroom outside. Hopefully, he learns faster than later cause man does his poop's smell really bad. Eww!

The kiddos love him and already call him by Stitch. Sometimes the little one calls him Jade but I think it's just because she thinks all dogs are named Jade. I'm not complaining though. Atleast they haven't forgotten about me. I know I'm loved! =)

Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Coconut Oil and Banana Dog Treats

Before the year ended I finished all the dog treats mama had made for me a couple of weeks ago. So she tried a new recipe but added a few things. Mama ran out of the baby oatmeal from the last batch. So she used regular Quaker oats and used the food processor to grind it finely. Anyways, we hope you enjoy making these treats as much as we did. Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup Oatmeal 1/4 cup peanut butter 3 tablespoon Coconut Oil 1 medium banana Directions: Grind up oatmeal. Place in large bowl, mix in banana, coconut oil, and peanut butter. Create small balls and and then flatten them with a spoon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes. When done, leave in oven to cool. This makes the treats firm up.

The Dog Walker Company Harness

Mama got me this new harness for our walks. It's so comfy and is not complicated to put on, like some harnesses. I just need to be calm when it is being placed on me when we go walking. The dog harness was bought from TJ Max in size small, since I am a tiny little girl. It's normally $12 online but we got it for $6.99. It is considered to be 'cute and in control'. Description : Durable Material Reflector Accents Easy-Clean Fabric Breathable Mesh Fabric Dual Steel Loop Attachments The harness has Velcro to wrap around my body and also a snap to secure it in place. I like that there is two loop attachments to hold onto my leash when I walk. When my humans tug on me, it doesn't hurt.

Greenbelt Pet Expo

Jade attended the Greenbelt Pet Expo on Saturday June 1, 2019. It was her first outing since her surgeries. The expo was not too big, about a block, which had a good amount of friendly vendors. She met a few new people and dogs in the area. Most of the vendors were selling dog related products and the SPCA was there providing vaccinations for a small fee. I obviously had to get my puppy girl some treats. I even got to play in the Greenbelt dog park before heading home. It was an enjoyable day~! Please enjoy the photo's we took at the event. =)
